The Almería company Senator lands on the beach of Gandia with the first hotel of the chain on the Valencian coast. The company has presented its project in the capital of Safor to representatives of the tourism sector and the media. A four-star superior establishment of 13 floors with 200 rooms and a spa of 500 square meters to be built on the corner of Atlàntic street with the Balearic Islands.

During the presentation, the representatives of the chain pointed out that the establishment is included in the Caleia brand, which are recommended hotels for adults with a commitment to design in its decoration and architecture and gastronomy. In addition, the promoter Infilev will build next to the hotel premises a residential area in 5,000 square meters and another 300 green area in a space that will be of public use. Works are scheduled to start in February and are estimated to have a maximum duration of 2 years
