Devesa, an architect by profession and president of the hotel chain since 1995, has commissioned the project from architects Carlos Teba and Gema Devesa, who have designed an establishment and facilities on a plot of 10,000 square meters. The administrative procedures have already begun, and the start of the works is foreseen for the year 2021. The inauguration will be in 2023.
The Poseidón group directly manages 1,700 rooms and 3,500 hotel beds in the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia. With the new incorporation, it will pass the line of the 2.00 rooms and the 4,000 beds. Currently employs an average of 450 employees. In the tourism sector it is estimated that the construction of a hotel involves an investment of about 100,000 euros per room.
